Yu Garden is one of Shanghai’s best-preserved ancient Chinese private gardens, filled with glittering pools, fragrant flowers and pavilions. The Bund, a one mile stroll, boasts spectacular views with towering skyscrapers, bright lights and Shanghai’s most exclusive hotels and bars. The Bund is reminiscent of the time when Shanghai was at the center of the Chinese economy and culture in the late 19th and early 20th century. Today, these long avenues are filled with hip cafe’s, restaurants and art galleries.
