Attraction Description:
AncientCity Wall Ruins
The Ming City Wall, first built over 580 years ago, in 1419, or the 17th year of Emperor Yongle's reign in the Ming Dynasty, used to run about 40 kilometers. The remaining relic, which is about 1.5 kilometers long, used to be part of the inner city wall of Beijing. It is the longest section of the city wall remains in the city, and an important symbol of Beijing.
   

Tibetan LamaTemple.
Yonghegong is a famous lamasery which originally was a palatial imperial residence built in 1694 .1744 Emperor Qianlong converted the palace into a lamasery. This magnificent temple consists of five main buildings lying on the north-south axis, with annex halls standing on both sides. The temple is listed by the Chinese Government as one of the important historical monuments under special preservation.

   
ConfuciusTemple
was built in 1302 and restored in 1411. The great philosopher and teacher Confucius had a decisive influence on Chinese philosophy; his teachings dominated public and private life throughout centuries. This temple is one of the best-known Confucius temples. Elaborate ceremonies to honor Confucius used to take place here in the 2nd and 8th months of the Chinese calendar.
   
PandaGarden
one of the highpoints of anyone visiting Beijing, a trip to the zoo to see the frolicking Pandas, a living Chinese treasure.
   

CapitalMuseum.
is a patriotic education base in Beijing. Located in No. 16 Fuxingmen Outer Street, it is accessible by subway Line 1, buses No. 1 or No. 4. It is a large modernized comprehensive museum that reflects the past and present of Beijing in terms of history, construction, folk customs, and culture.
