In the northern part of HuairouCounty some 70 kilometers northeast of BeijingCity, this section of the Great Wall winds its way for over 2000 meters. The surrounding natural environment is most attractive. Here verdant plants and tall ancient trees densely cover the mountains. In autumn, the maple leaves with their bright shades are truly amazing.
