How to booking with us?
Step1: Sent a email to botriptours@yahoo.com.cn
We highly appreciate if you can provide the your exact info as following
1: Your full name
2: Gender
3: Nationality
4: Total persons
5: Date of Birth
6: Tour Route booked.
7: Date of travel
8: Your hotel at Beijing & Tel.
9: Your mobile if possible.
10: Other request.
Remark: Be sure of your name provided to us is the same as your checking in at hotel.
Step2: Confirm
Upon we get your reservation, our tour operator will confirm with you within 8 hours by sending a Tour Confirmation Voucher. Please print it and take care of it before you meet our guide at Beijing.
Remark: The tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date.
Step 3: About payment
The tour payment will be permitted to settle to us till your arrival at Beijing by credit card or cash. No need for deposit.
Step 4: How to pick up you at the date of travel.
The day before your travel, our tour guide will contact you by calling, or leave the message at your hotel. Also you can contact our office if you still haven't get any message till the night.
