Beijing is a very important stop of your trip in China, but you may not very clear about how many days should be  for your trip in Beijing, this is the most important factor for us to help you to design your Beijing trip, during my 10 years experience as a tour guide in Beijing, I met a lot of individual business travelers, their purpose is for business, and sightseeing is "by the way" , for time limited, they just have half or one day for free, so their choice is also simple, Great Wall and Forbidden City, these are two top attraction sites of Beijing, then they can leave Beijing without regret.

But they lost too much, so as an individual traveler for sightseeing purpose in Beijing, my recommendation is 4 days (included arrival and departure date), 5 days will be better to help you to deep-realize Chinese culture. Over 6 days will be unnecessary if you don't have other special reasons, if your vacation less than 3 days in Beijing, perhaps you have to need some more professional directions from our trip advisor.
