Great Wall at Badaling

Merit: Most beautiful and grand Great Wall in the China which was called the outstanding representation of the whole Great Wall of China. Especially when you get to the highest point of Badaling section and take the bird view of this whole section, it will be so impressive!

Shortcoming: so many tourist on the high season, the Great Wall is jammed with crowed people and this is the reason why some people do not recommend you to go there.

But I know how to solve the this problem, in the Badaling section, most of tour guide take theirgroups to get on the Great Wall from the main entrance, but very few people know there is another small entrance in the east section, very few tourist over there, the Great Wall looks so beautiful and quiet and everybody in my group was very excited with it, so today, if you can join in our one day Badaling Great Wall Tour, we can take you to go there and show you the best of the Great Wall!

Great Wall at Mutianyu

Merit:The surrounding natural environment is most attractive. Here the mountains are densely covered by verdant plants and tall ancient trees, and no many tourist group on this part of Great Wall.

Shortcoming: The Great Wall is less than grand like the Badadling section, some part of wall was restored too much new which looks like new Great Wall. and the best season to come here is in the late autumn for its beautiful and colorful natural surrounding view.

Great Wall at Simatai

Merit: Steepest Great Wall which still keep the original and wild feature, Most of this section is unrenovated, and because it 's quiet far from downtown, here is very less crowed.

Shortcoming:Quiet far away from Beijing (120 miles), you have take more than 3 hours for one way, Little bit dangerous for common travelers when they climb it, I've been Simatai section hundred times as a tour guide, I think it is not fit for all the travelers, first, if you want to get on the Great Wall, you have to walk over the half mountain, during the course, some old people and parent with the kids have to quit because of physical energy. And meanwhile, weather is also very important, if you meet the foggy weather, you will lost the significance of your choice.
